What is MaxAg?

MaxAg is an agricultural technology company dedicated to helping farmers become more efficient and consequently achieving higher returns on their farms by manipulating their current fertilizer programs by feeding their crop what it needs, where it needs it, instead of needlessly spreading those fertilizer inputs evenly across a field or area.

Who Are We?  

MaxAg was founded by Tami and Charles Good in 2014 in response to using Variable Rate Technology on their roughly 10,000 acre wheat farm in Montana’s “Golden Triangle”.  The effectiveness and efficiency that the Goods realized on their farm was so dramatic that they decided to start MaxAg of Montana so that they could help other farmers’ efficiency and bottom line the same as they had their own.

What do we do?

At MaxAg of Montana, we use available technology and proven soil testing procedures to help farmers efficiently feed their crop with the proper nutrients, placed specifically where they are needed, based on the particular crop that is being grown, instead of using blanket applications across a field or area, thus making the farm operation more efficient and increasing its’ bottom line.
